Width and length of the strips will&nbsp;determine the size of your pom pom.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhgshop.performize.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/pom-pom-in-chiffon-di-seta.jpg\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><br><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Use a running stitch to loosely sew through the length of the strip, either by hand or with&nbsp;a sewing machine, leaving a good amount of loose thread on both ends<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhgshop.performize.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/pompom-in-chiffon-di-seta.jpg\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><br><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Pull the thread and <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">ruffle the strip from both sides<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">.
