Hi, the compilation of knit stitches continues! Today, we\u2019re going to try our hand at the Hills stitch. It\u2019s a cute name, don\u2019t you think? We\u2019ve taken the name from the Italian stitch \u2018Collinette\u2019. It\u2019s an hills stitch that\u2019s ideal for little girls\u2019 dresses or even a shawl to wrap \naround your shoulders, on a chilly evening after dinner.<\/span><\/p>

For the hills stitch, we\u2019ve chosen <\/span>a 100% cotton tape, the Sailorman yarn.<\/span><\/strong> There are loads of colours in the collection but as the summer holidays are just around the corner, we can\u2019t stop thinking about the sea, so we went for the colour Cobalt. Take a dive into the deep blue sea!<\/span><\/p>

How to knit the Hills stitch<\/span><\/span><\/h2>MATERIALS

row 1:<\/span><\/strong> 2 knit together, + 1 yarn over, 2 knit, 2 knit together, 2 yarn over, 1 pass, 2 knit, 1 yarn over, 1 pass + 2 knit together *always repeat from * to * finish off working from + to +.<\/span><\/p>
