To create the seam fold the rectangle in half and sew with a row of slip stitch first one side then continue along the triangle and finish with the other side.<\/span><\/p>

How to make the tassel for the crochet summer clutch<\/h3>

Using cardboard cut out a <\/span>10 cm \/ 3.9″<\/span> high rectangle. start wrapping the thread around the cardboard until you reach the desired thickness, in this example we have wrapped it around 15 times.<\/span><\/p>

Insert a thread between the card and the thread at the top of the tassel, pull it and tie a very tight knot to hold the tassel together.<\/span><\/p>

At this point the cardboard can be removed.<\/span><\/p>

Wrap a little thread of yarn on top of the tassel around 2 cm \/ 0.8″ from the top, this way you will create a small head at the top.<\/span><\/p>

Cut the eyelets that are on the other side of the head.<\/span><\/p>
