Whether it’s for business or just for entertainment purposes. Using this tutorial you will be able to make a felt PC casein just few simple steps. This case has beautiful clean lines and for this it’s suitable for everyone.<\/span><\/p>

The tutorial is the product of a collaboration with <\/span>TA-DAAN<\/a><\/b>, a lively and super creative digital magazine that deals with contemporary crafts. We presented the felt and they did the rest.<\/span><\/p>

How to make a PC case in felt<\/h2>

MATERIALS<\/span><\/b>
2 mm t<\/a><\/span>hermoformable <\/a><\/span>wool<\/a><\/span> <\/a><\/span>felt<\/a><\/span><\/b> 150 cm \/ 59″ col. Red carpet
<\/span>Sewing machine
<\/span>Sewing p<\/span>ins
<\/span>Ruler
<\/span>Tape measure
<\/span>Chalk
<\/span>Scissors
<\/span>Utility knife<\/span><\/p>

METHOD<\/span><\/b><\/p>

Firstly, consult the PDF<\/a><\/b> with the dimensions of the felt PC case, in this way you can make sure, with your PC present, that the dimensions are correct. Do you have a tablet and not a PC? No problem. Adapt the dimensions shown in the PDF to your tablet. It’s as simple as that!<\/span><\/p>

To expidite the process, cut the sheet of felt you have into a rectangle 80 cm x 40 cm \/ 31.5 “x 15.7”.<\/span><\/p>

At this point, with the chalk and ruler, take the felt that you’ve cut out and mark the dimensions found on the PDF<\/a><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>


<\/span><\/p>

For the next step you will need both the scissors and a utility knife. The scissors will be needed to cut the outer edges of the PC case, while the cutter can be used cut the section in the center of the felt, which will be used to close the case.<\/span><\/p>


<\/span><\/p>

Using the pins, close the right and left sides of the PC holder and sew them with the sewing machine. Sew approximately 1 cm \/ 0.4 ” in from the edge.<\/span><\/p>

Complete the project with a seam on all sides of the felt. This last step will give your PC case that finishing touch that will make all the difference.<\/span><\/p>
