Today we are offering you the free pattern to make some distinctive jewellery: a textile necklace. A crochet pearl necklace that is light and at the same time very fun to wear. To make this crochet necklace you will only need one ball of Marni and it will be a great opportunity to try and crochet a very decorative stitch, namely, the puff stitch.<\/span><\/p>

Tutorial: how to make a crochet necklace<\/h2>

MATERIALS
<\/b><\/span>Marni yarn<\/a><\/b> col. Cream puff 100 g \/ 3.5 oz<\/span>
Crochet hook n\u00b0 4 EU \/ G US<\/span>
Wool needle<\/span>
Cardboard square measuring 14 cm \/ 5.5″<\/span>
Cardboard square measuring 7 cm \/ 2.7″<\/span>
Sharp scissors<\/span><\/p>

CROCHET STITCHES USED
<\/b><\/span>Chain<\/span>
knit<\/span>
Half double crochet<\/span>
Slip<\/span>
Puff stitch (pearl)<\/span><\/u>:<\/span>
wrap the thread on the hook and insert it into the indicated stitch. *Wrap the yarn on the hook, slide it through the stitch, lengthen the loop on the hook to be as high as a half double crochet [3 loops on the hook]*. Repeat from * 5 more times, until you have 13 loops on the hook. Wrap the yarn around the hook and slide it through all the loops. Close the puff stitch with 1 chain.<\/span><\/p>

Before starting with the procedure for making a crochet necklace, we can say that the sample is not crucial to making this project and above all with one ball you can make two necklaces.<\/span><\/p>

METHOD<\/b><\/p>

Cast on *6 chains, from the third chain from the hook work 1 puff stitch*, repeat from * to * 20 times. Bind off the necklace with 1 slip stitch in the first chain stitch. [20 pearls]<\/span><\/p>

Cut and fasten the threads.<\/span><\/p>

Make a large tassel by wrapping the thread around the larger card 15 times, leaving the two threads on which the tassel is hanging long.<\/span><\/p>

Make two small tassels by wrapping the thread around the smaller card 30 times, leaving the two threads on which the tassel is hanging long.<\/span><\/p>


<\/span><\/p>

Wrap the six tassel threads between the 12th and 13th pearls, tie a knot and hide the threads one at a time inside the knot.<\/span><\/p>
