How to make the finishes<\/h4>

Make a ruffle on the upper part of each sleeve, corresponding to the 13th (15th, 17th) row from the top. For each ruffle, with knitting needles n\u00b0 6 EU \/ 10 US, pick up 14 (16, 16) central stitches, knit 1 row in purl, then in the next row, knit increasing the number of stitches by knitting 2 times each stitch, the first time as knit and the second time as twisted knit. Knit 1 row in purl, then in the next row, evenly increase 12 stitches. Knit 1 row in purl, 1 row in knit, and 1 row in purl, then bind off the work. Sew the free ends of each ruffle to the corresponding side edges. Sew 3 of the 4 raglan armholes. For the neckline border, with knitting needles n\u00b0 6 EU \/ 10 US, pick up stitches around the neckline of the front and back (the final number of stitches should be even). Work 2 rows in 1\/1 rib and 2 rows in tubular stitch, then bind off the stitches with the yarn needle in knit stitch. Sew the last raglan armhole and the neckline border.
