And also to ensure that, during the various stages of finishing&#8211;finishing then&#8211;the piece of fabric holds up and does not unravel. After these tasks are fulfilled, the selvedge is cut. It is practically a part of fabric processing that becomes waste, noble though. The selvedges you find here at DHG are collected from woolen mills in our textile district. The compositions can be different: cotton, linen, viscose and polyester. They are perfect for <strong>hand weaving<\/strong> but also for working with <strong>needles<\/strong> and<strong>crochet hooks<\/strong>. Also suitable for tailoring work. In short, they lend themselves to a thousand uses.        <\/p>\n<p>The selvedges are also part of the <strong data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"705\">Rehab <\/strong>selection and represent one of the best examples of the circular economy applied to textiles, where quality materials are enhanced instead of being wasted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Availability and packaging<br \/>\n<\/strong>Our selvedges are available in <strong data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"335\">100 g balls, which <\/strong>can be purchased individually or in packs of 10 per color. Each pack has a <strong data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"403\">natural tolerance of \u00b13%<\/strong><span data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"403\">.<\/span> <strong data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"442\"> <\/strong>The different packages are designed both for those who need small quantities and for those who need large quantities and\/or want to save.
