Cashmere rows represent a creative raw material that combines the value of a precious fiber with a sustainable vision of textile production. Obtained from the recovery of cashmere yarns and fabrics, these fibers retain the softness and distinctive character of the original material, offering new expressive possibilities for spinning, felting and textile decoration projects. For this reason they were included in our Rehab selection. Their unique structure, composed of soft filamentous elements, gives movement and three-dimensionality to creations, transforming recovery into a contemporary design opportunity.

Availability and packaging
This item is available in 500 g. Each package has a natural tolerance of ±3%.
For non-ECE shipments, packages are vacuum-packed, reducing volume and lowering shipping costs. Don’t worry: once opened, the fiber returns to its original volume, as soft and fluffy as freshly processed, with no loss of quality.

Pure cashmere yarn.

The cashmere row consists of soft, lightweight filamentary elements derived from frayed and reworked yarns or fabrics. The structure is soft and flexible, with an irregular arrangement that creates dynamic and voluminous textures. While sourced from reclaimed materials, cashmere retains the typical softness and insulating capacity that characterize this natural fiber.

Cashmere rows are born from the recovery and transformation of cashmere yarns and fabrics from production processes or discarded textile materials. Through selection and processing operations, which take place in our textile district in Prato, these fibers are reintroduced into the production cycle, helping to reduce waste and enhance the value of a highly prized raw material.
The original cashmere comes mainly from goats raised in Central Asian regions, such as Mongolia and China, where climatic conditions favor the development of a particularly fine and insulating undercoat.

The Prato textile district represents one of the most important historical examples of circular economy applied to textiles. Since the nineteenth century, Prato companies have developed unique skills in fiber recovery and regeneration, transforming waste and post-consumer materials into new quality raw materials. This tradition of textile recycling, based on technical knowledge, careful fiber selection and established mechanical processes, has made Prato an international benchmark for sustainability in the textile industry. Even today, this production culture continues to enhance existing resources, reducing waste and promoting a responsible and conscious approach to production.
